摘要
邢台职业技术学院以准校友群体为中心,以军风育人实践为抓手,着力构建"吸吮-反哺"双向校友文化生成机制,积累了校友文化培育的经验,开拓了校友文化培育的路径,为科学建设校友文化提供了新思考。
Taking the alumni group as the center and the practice of military education as the mainline, Xingtai Polytechnic College focuses on constructing the “sucking-feedback” two-way generation mechanism of alumni culture, accumulates the experiences in fostering of the alumni culture and exploits the path of constructing alumni culture, which provides a new thinking for scientific construction of alumni culture.
