摘要
目的探讨背景音乐在精神分裂症患者临床护理中的应用效果。方法 2016年1-6月,便利抽样法选取上海市精神卫生中心两个病区的精神分裂症患者为研究对象,按照病区将其分为观察组和对照组,每组46例。对照组患者给予常规住院治疗和护理,观察组在此基础上给病房加装背景音乐播放系统,根据患者的住院作息时间选择合适的曲目播放,两组患者入院时及治疗3个月后,采用护士用住院病人观察量表(nurses’observation scale for inpatient evaluation,NOSIE)及精神患者生存质量问卷(prolapse quality of life,P-QOL)对其进行评价比较。结果治疗前,两组患者在NOSIE总分、积极因子评分、总消极因子评分及P-QOL各项评分上的差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者在NOSIE总分、总积极因子评分均高于治疗前;而总消极因子评分低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患者P-QOL各项评分均有所降低,与治疗前相比,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。但对照组患者治疗前后上述评分的差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者上述评分的比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论背景音乐对精神分裂症患者在心理和情绪改善方面有积极的影响,能提高其生活质量,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application of of background music in the clinical nursing of patients with schizophrenia.Methods By convenience sampling,schizophrenic patients from two wards of Shanghai Mental Health Center were selected and divided into observation group and control group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment and nursing care,while observation group received background music treatment in addition to the conventional treatment and nursing care.The selected songs were played according to the time arrangementof hospital.Patients were assessed by nurses＇ observation scale for inpatient evaluation（NOSIE）and prolapse quality of life（P-QOL）questionnaire upon admission and three months afterintervention.Results Before treatment,no statistical significance of NOSIE total score,total positive factor score and total negative factor score was found between two groups（all P〈0.05）.After treatment,the total NOSIE score and total positive factor score in observation group were higher than those before treatment,while the total negative factor score was significantly lower than that before treatment（all P〈0.05）.The P-QOL score in observation group was significantly reduced in observation group cmpared with that before treatment（all P〈0.01）,but there was no statistical significance of such comparison in control group（all P〈0.05）.After treatment,the statistical significance of the above comparison was found in two groups（all P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Conclusion Background music treatment for patients with schizophreniahas a positive effect on the improvement of patient＇s psychological and emotional status,as well as their quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
