摘要
针对新疆南部地区严重缺水及供煤紧张,从而影响机组锅炉冲管进度的状况,通过加强工质检测回收、调整燃烧运行、适当优化冲管参数等措施来进行节水节能,进而保证了无炉水循环泵启动系统的机组锅炉冲管顺利完成,可为同类型机组提供借鉴。
In view of the situation that severe water shortage and coal supply shortage in southern Xinjiang influence flushing progress. water and energy saving is realized by strengthening the working substance detection and recovery, adjusting the unit running condition and appropriately optimizing the flushing parameters so as to assure boiler flushing of the startup system without boiler circulating pump and provide experience for units of the same type.
