摘要 目的观察血清MMP-1、脑钠肽(BNP)以及B型尿钠肽的测定在糖尿病性心肌病早期鉴别诊断中的应用效果。方法选取我院2014年10月至2017年10月收治的早期糖尿病性心肌病患者、同期收治的单纯糖尿病患者、体检健康者各100例,比较三组的FPG、HbA1c、TG、TC、血清MMP-1、BNP、C反应蛋白水平。结果糖尿病性心肌病组的FPG、HbA1c、TG、TC、LDL-C、血清MMP-1、BNP及C反应蛋白水平均明显高于单纯糖尿病组与健康组(P<0.05)。结论血清MMP-1、BNP表达水平在早期糖尿病心肌病患者中明显升高,对于早期糖尿病心肌病的鉴别诊断具有较高的应用价值。 Objective To observe the application effect of serum MMP-1, brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) and B-type natriuretic peptide in early differential diagnosis of diabetic cardiomyopathy. Methods 100 cases of patients with early diabetic cardiomyopathy admittted to our hospital from October 2014 to October 2017, 100 cases of patients with simple diabetes mellitus and 100 cases of healthy people with examination at the same period were selected. The FPG, HbA1c, TG, TC, serum MMP-1, BNP and C-reactive protein levels were compared among the three groups. Results The FPG, HbA1c, TG, TC, LDL-C, serum MMP-1, BNP and C-reactive protein levels of the diabetic cardiomyopathy group were significantly higher than those of the simple diabetic group and healthy group(P 〈0.05).Conclusions Serum MMP-1 and BNP levels significantly increase in patients with early diabetic cardiomyopathy, which have higher application value in the differential diagnosis of early diabetic cardiomyopathy.
