摘要
人类命运共同体的形成是全球化运动的客观产物。人类命运共同体的意识及提法都由来已久,但只有以习近平同志为核心的中国共产党人实现了对人类命运共同体思想的逻辑提升和体系化构建,并使之成为指导中国构建新型国际关系、参与全球治理的核心概念。人类命运共同体思想在中国全球治理实践中不断由理论转化为现实,重塑了国际秩序与世界发展新态势,也使人类超越了从前各种自然性或自在性的共同体,走向一种更具开放性、自主性、建构性与自为性的新型共同体,尽可能自由自觉地把握自身命运。
The formation of a community of human destiny is the objective product of the globalization movement. Both the consciousness and proposal of the a community of human destiny have existed for a long time. Only the Communists of the CPC with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core have realized the logic improvement and systematic construction of the thought of a community of human destiny,and have made it the core concept for guiding China to build new international relations and participating in global governance. The thought of a community of human destiny has been transformed from theory into reality in the practice of global governance of China,reshaped the international order and the new trend of world development. And it has also made mankind cross all kinds of natural or existing communities,made the communities go towards a more open,autonomous,constructive and self-centered new ones,and let the community determine its own destiny as freely and consciously as possible.
