摘要 根据QP980高强钢对成分和质量的要求,对炼钢生产过程控制进行了优化。优化了转炉脱磷模型和挡渣方式,以及铁水预处理与LF的双脱硫方式控制等操作,保证了成分的稳定性。通过动态轻压下模型参数优化试验,确定了压下量5.5 mm,压下区间0.2~0.9,补偿量0.5 mm的动态轻压下模型,控制中心偏析等级C类0.5以下水平,提高了铸坯的内部质量。增加了缓冷模型并确定了缓冷方式,防止铸坯断裂现象发生。优化后的炼钢工艺保证了980 MPa高强钢的成分和质量稳定。 The steel making process control of QP980 high strength steel is optimized according to the composition and quality requirements. The converter dephosphorization model and slag stopping method are optimized,as well as the dual desulfurization operation control of LF and hot metal pretreatment,which assures the stability of composition. the internal quality of the billet is improved with the dynamic soft reduction model of 5. 5 mm reduction,0. 2 - 0. 9 reduction interval and 0. 5 mm compensation through parameter optimization test; and the control center segregation level belowC class 0. 5. The slowcooling model is added and the slowcooling mode is determined to prevent the breakage of the slab. The optimized steel-making process ensures the composition and quality of 980 MPa high strength steel stable.
