摘要
利用原位分析、化学分析、扫描电镜能谱分析等方法,研究了w(P)>0.080%高强IF钢中心缺陷的遗传行为。结果表明:P、S元素在铸坯厚度方向中心处存在较强的偏析,其他位置处未见明显偏析,同时存在部分硫化物夹杂;中心偏析和夹杂物会遗传至热轧钢带,热轧后中心位置存在细长的铁素体带和硫化物。采取优化成分设计、动态轻压下参数,以及热轧适当提高加热温度和均热时间等措施后,高P含量IF钢的中心缺陷大大减轻,可避免对成品使用性能造成影响。
The hereditary behavior of central defects in high-strength IF steel with P content 〉0.080% was studied by original position analysis, chemical analysis and SEM with EDS etc.. The results show that the segregation of P and S elements is observable at the center of the slab thickness direction while not obvious at other locations and some sulfide inclusions appear at the same time. The center segregation and inclusions are inherited to the hot-rolled strip. After hot rolling, there exists slender ferrite zone with sulfide inclusion strip at the center position. By adopting measures such as optimizing the design of composition and dynamic soft reduction parameters, appropriately increasing the heating temperature and soaking time of hot rolling and so on, the central defects of IF steel with high content of P are greatly reduced, avoiding the effects on performance of final products.
