摘要
目的探讨应用营养风险筛查2002(NRS 2002)评估食管癌放疗患者的营养状况及护理干预效果。方法选择我院2014年1月—2015年6月期间收治的62例食管癌放疗患者为对照组,2015年7月—2016年12月期间收治的68例食管癌放疗患者为观察组。对照组行常规营养护理;观察组实施系统化营养护理干预。观察并比较两组营养指标,生存质量及并发症的变化。结果治疗后对照组各营养指标水平显著下降,且显著低于观察组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组功能领域和整体健康领域评分显著升高,主要症状领域和6个单项条目评分显著下降,且观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用NRS 2002评价食管癌放疗患者的营养状况,指导营养护理干预,有利于改善营养状况,降低并发症发生,提升生存质量。
Objective To investigate the application of nutritional risk screening 2002(NRS 2002) to evaluate the nutritional status of patients with esophageal cancer undergoing radiotherapy and the effect of nutritional nursing intervention. Methods 62 patients with esophageal cancer undergoing radiotherapy were selected as control group from January 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital, 68 cases as observation group from July 2015 to December 2016. The control group received routine nutritional nursing, the observation group received systematic nursing nutrition. The changes of nutrition index, complications and quality of life were observed and compared. Results The levels of nutrition index in the control group decreased significantly, which was significantly lower than that in the observation group after treatment(P﹤0.05). The functional areas and overall health field of two groups after treatment increased significantly, the main symptoms of the field and 6 single item scores decreased significantly, and the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P﹤0.05). The incidences of complications in observation group were significantly lower than that in control group(P﹤0.05). Conclusion Application of NRS 2002 in evaluating the nutritional status of patients with esophageal cancer radiotherapy underwent guide nutritional nursing intervention, can improve the nutritional status, reduce the complications and promote the quality of life.
