摘要
目的探讨静脉药物配置中心对临床护理工时量性的影响情况。方法 2017年7月我院骨髓移植病区仍采用传统静脉药物配置模式,2017年8月骨髓移植进入静脉药物配置中心配置相关药物。记录2017年7月、2017年8月骨髓移植病区护理人员日平均配液所需时间、每瓶静脉药物配置所需时间,将所得数据输入统计学软件后给予相应分析后得出结论。结果经不同静脉药物配置流程后,2017年8月我院骨髓移植病区护理人员日平均配液所需时间、每瓶静脉药物配置所需时间均较2017年7月显著减少(P<0.05);2017年8月我院入选科室患者对护理服务满意率(82.25%)显著高于2017年7月(37.67%)(P<0.05)。结论应用静脉药物配置中心可显著缩短临床护理工时,有效提高患者对护理服务满意度,对保障护理服务质量及维持良好护患关系均具有积极意义。
Objective To investigate the PIVAS of clinical nursing time affect the amount of the. Methods In July 2017, the traditional intravenous drug allocation mode was still used in our bone marrow transplantation area. In August 2017, bone marrow transplantation entered into the pharmacy intravenous dispensing center, and the related drugs were allocated. The time required for the daily average liquid dispensing and the time required for each bottle of intravenous drug allocation in the bone marrow transplantation wards in July 2017 and August 2017 were recorded. After the data were input into the statistical software, the corresponding analysis was given, and the conclusion was drawn. Results After different intravenous drug allocation process after bone marrow transplantation,August 2017 in our hospital ward nursing staff daily average time required per bottle with liquid, intravenous drugs allocation time required were significantly reduced compared to July 2017（P﹤0.05）; Satisfaction rate with nursing service department patients in August 2017（82.25%） was significantly higher than that in July 2017（37.67%）（P﹤0.05）. Conclusion The application of intravenous drug dispensing center can significantly shorten the clinical nursing hours, effectively improve patient satisfaction with nursing service, and has positive significance for ensuring the quality of nursing service and maintaining good nurse patient relationship.
