摘要
目的分析静脉药物配置中心在推动医院管理提升临床医疗服务方面所发挥的临床作用。方法回顾分析2018年7月—2019年6月于该院工作的临床医护人员57名为对照组,并选取2019年7月—2021年8月于该院工作的临床医护人员57名为观察组。对照组采用常规管理方法,观察组采用静脉药物配制中心进行管理。统计消耗性材料的不合理消耗情况、岗位错误操作的发生情况、人力资源优化情况。结果观察组各项不合理消耗金额均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不合理消耗总金额为(21024.47±114.56)元,低于对照组的(42407.34±114.42)元,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床总发生率为5.26%,低于对照组的36.84%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论静脉药物配置中心在推动医院管理提升临床医疗服务方面能发挥较好的临床作用。
Objective To analyze the clinical role of intravenous drug allocation center in promoting hospital management and improving clinical medical services.Methods A retrospective analysis of 57 clinical medical staff who worked in the hospital from July 2018 to June 2019 served as the control group.And 57 clinical medical staff who worked in the hospital from July 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the observation group.The control group was managed by conventional management methods,while the observation group was managed by intravenous drug preparation center.Counted the unreasonable consumption of consumable materials,occurrence of wrong operation of the post and human resource optimization.Results The amount of unreasonable consumption in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total amount of unreasonable consumption in the observation group was(21024.47±114.56)yuan,which was lower than(42407.34±114.42)yuan in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical incidence in the observation group was 5.26%,which was lower than 36.84%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravenous drug allocation center can play a good clinical role in promoting hospital management and improving clinical medical services.
