摘要
壳聚糖来源丰富,具有良好的生物相容性与可降解性,现已被广泛应用在食品、医学、化工等多个领域。介绍了影响静电纺丝过程的一些因素,并重点总结归纳了壳聚糖与多种复合材料共纺工艺现状,在此基础上阐述了其应用范畴,并结合目前国内外研究现状进行了前景展望,以期为研究静电纺壳聚糖纳米纤维材料提供一些理论依据。
Chitosan with good biocompatibility,biodegradability and rich sources was widely used in food,medicine,chemical and other fields.This paper introduced some factors affecting the process of electrospinning and summarized the present situation of the co-spinning technology of chitosan and various composites.On this basis,the application scope of chitosan and a variety of composites was expounded,and the prospect of the research at home and abroad was discussed.It provids some theoretical basis for the study of electrospinning chitosan nanofiber materials.
