摘要
熔体纺丝过程中,通过送风管输送稳定风源至纺丝冷却装置,稳定持续送风对挤压出丝束进行冷却固化。在设备正常运行中对送风管道进行开孔改造,会导致风管内部压力外泄影响送风装置送风稳定,影响产品品质。通过对带压开孔进行技术改造优化,改造后避免纺丝送风管带压开孔时对纺丝品质的影响。
In the process of melt spinning,the stable air source is transported to the spinning cooling device through the air supply pipe,and the extruded tow is cooled and solidified by steady and continuous air supply. During the normal operation of the equipment,the air supply pipeline is transformed through hole opening,which will cause the internal pressure of the air pipe leakage and affect the air supply stability of the air supply device and the quality of the product. Through the technological transformation and optimization of the with pressure hole opening,after transformation,the effect of the spinning air supply pipe with pressure hole opening on the spinning quality is avoided.
