摘要
基于2003-2015年期间的省际面板数据,本文考查了产业升级对服务业内部高技能劳动和低技能劳动的就业及工资升水影响。结果表明:随着产业升级,高技能劳动主要表现为总需求扩张,导致就业及工资升水增加;低技能劳动主要表现为总供给扩张,导致就业增加、工资升水下降。分地区的子样本估计说明了经济发展层次的影响:在我国西部,产业升级主要提高了低技能服务部门的就业,并缩小了两者的工资差距;在我国东部,产业升级提高了所有技能的服务部门就业,但是扩大了两者的工资差距。
Based on the provincial panel data from 2003 to 2015,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the impact of industrial upgrading on employment and wage premium of skill labor and raw labor in service sector. We conclude that with industrial upgrading,aggregate demand expansion leads to the increase of both employment and wage premium on skill labor market,while on raw labor market,aggregate supply expansion leads to employment increase and wage premium decrease. Furthermore,Regional subsamples examine the implication of economic development hierarchy and show that,with industrial upgrading,employment of raw labor increases and wage differential shrinks in western China,while in eastern China,employment of both raw labor and skill labor increase and wage differential expands.
