摘要
目的探讨肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿Th17/Treg表达与肺功能变化的相关性。方法70例MPP患儿根据是否有哮鸣音分为喘息组和非喘息组,喘息组33例,非喘息组37例。30例健康儿童为正常对照组。检测3组受试者的IL-17、IL-10水平,以及喘息组和非喘息组受试者的肺功能,同时分析肺功能与IL-17、IL-10水平的相关性。结果血清IL-10表达结果显示,喘息组为(8.08±2.24)ng/L,非喘息组为(12.52±4.19)ng/L,正常对照组为(17.07±3.83)ng/L;血清IL-17表达结果显示,喘息组为(21.13±6.28)ng/L,非喘息组为(16.45±2.71)ng/L,正常对照组为(12.18±3.94)ng/L;血清IL-17及IL-10三组组间及组间两两比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);肺功能结果显示,喘息组FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF及V75、V50、V25分别为(68.97±7.49)%、(70.28±5.63)%、(68.37±7.39)%、(70.45±5.98)%、(45.08±7.80)%、(36.88±4.88)%,非喘息组分别为(92.47±5.14)%、(83.03±9.51)%、(92.23±5.08)%、(82.56±9.29)%、(71.37±6.73)%、(66.29±7.58)%,与非喘息组比较,喘息组肺功能指标均明显降低(P<0.05);相关性结果显示,IL-10与FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF、V75、V50、V25呈正相关,IL-17与FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF、V75、V50、V25呈负相关。结论 MPP患儿存在Th17/Treg表达失衡现象,而且Th17/Treg表达与肺功能有相关性。
Objective To discuss the relevant of Th17/Treg expression in peripheral blood and the change of lung function in pediatric patients with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP). Methods 70 pediatric patients with MPP were divided into gasp group and non-gasp group. There were 33 cases in gasp group and 37 cases in non-gasp group; meanwhile there were 30 healthy children served as normal control. IL-17 and IL-10 were detected in all the patients. Lung function was checked in gasp group and non-gasp group,and the correlation between the lung function and the levels of IL-17 and IL-10 was analyzed. Results The level of IL-10 was(8.08±2. 24) ng/L in gasp group,(12. 52 ± 4. 19) ng/L in non-gasp group,and(17. 07 ±3.83) ng/L in normal control group. The results of IL-17 displayed that gasp group was(21.13± 6.28) ng/L,non-gasp group was(16.45±2.71) ng/L,and normal control group was(12.18± 3.94) ng/L. The difference of serum IL-17 and IL-10 was statistically significant among the 3 groups using pairwise comparison(P〈0. 05).The results of lung function displayed that FEV1,FEV1/FVC,PEF,V75,V50 and V25 were(68. 97 ±7.49) %,(70.28±5.63) %,(68.37±7.39) %,(70.45±5.98) %,(45.08±7.80) % and(36.88±4.88) % in of the gasp group,(92.47±5.14) %,(83.03±9.51) %,(92.23 ± 5. 08) %,(82. 56 ± 9. 29) %,(71. 37 ± 6. 73) %and(66.29±7.58) % in the non-gasp group. Compared with the non-gasp group,the all the indexes of lung function in the gasp group were reduced obviously(P〈0.05). The correlation analysis displayed that IL-10 was positively correlated with indexes of lung function,and IL-17 was negatively correlated with them.Conclusion The unbalance phenomenon of Th17/Treg expression exists in MPP children,and it is correlated with lung function.
