摘要
目的对野生蒲公英、苣荬菜及马齿苋中的铅与镉含量进行测定。方法先采用微波消解法对野菜进行预处理,再利用差分脉冲溶出伏安法原理,使用HSTD-XG型重金属快速分析仪测定野菜中的铅与镉。结果铅与镉分别在0.000 5~0.01μg/ml及0.000 5~0.007μg/ml范围内,质量浓度与阳极溶出峰电流呈现良好的线性关系,样品平行测定的RSD分别为2.7%~3.9%及3.9%~5.9%,加标回收率分别在101.8%~106.0%及97.5%~105.2%之间。结论测定结果与石墨炉原子吸收光谱法基本一致,结果准确可靠,精密度符合食品安全国家标准,能够满足实际蔬菜样品的分析检测要求。
Objective To determine the contents of lead and cadmium in wild Taraxacum mongolicum Hand.-Mazz., Sonchus brachyotus DC. L., and Portulaca oleracea L. Methods The microwave digestion was used to pretreat wild vegetables, and then the principle of differential pulse stripping voltammetry was used. The HSTD-XG heavy metal rapid analyzer was used to determine lead and cadmium in wild vegetables. Results Lead and cadmium were in the range of 0.0005~0.01 μg/ml and 0.0005~0.007μg/ml, respectively, and the mass concentration showed a good linear relationship with the anodic stripping peak current. The RSDs of the determination of the samples were 2.7%~3.9% and 3.9%~5.9%, respectively. The recoveries of standard additions were between 101.8% and 106.0% and between 97.5% and 105.2%, respectively. Conclusion The determination results are basically consistent with that of graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The results are accurate. The precision meets the national standards for food safety and can meet the requirements for analysis and testing of actual vegetable samples.
