摘要
利用压电陶瓷材料的正压电效应,通过检测压电陶瓷在弹性变形体振动过程中产生的交流信号,结合实验测试和数据拟合分析,设计了一种基于压电陶瓷的频率检测系统。实验结果表明,在0~400 Hz范围内能够较准确检测振动物体的振动频率。该系统可以对弹簧片等弹性体的振动频率进行实时检测和显示,具有结构简单、成本低、检测方便等优点。
Based on the positive piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramics,a frequency detection system was designed by detecting the AC signal generated by piezoelectric ceramics on the elastic deformation during the vibration process and combining the experimental test with the data fitting analysis.The experimental results show that the vibration frequency of the vibrating object can be detected accurately in the range of 0 - 400 Hz.The system can detect and display the vibration frequency of elastomers such as spring and so on.It has the advantages of simple structure,low cost and convenient to detect.
