摘要
在激光切割中为了有效控制激光焦点与工件之间的相对位置,设计了激光切割头自动调高系统的位置检测系统。采用切割喷嘴和切割极板形成的电容构成差动式电桥,以差动式电桥作为测距传感器;用相敏检波电路鉴别切割喷嘴和切割板材间位置变化,伺服系统控制切割头运动,从而实现激光切割头高度调节。通过测试,有效地解决了激光切割焦点跟踪问题,提高了系统的控制品质。所设计的切割头位置检测为激光切割机提供了解决方案。
In order to control effectively the opposite position between the laser focus and the workpiece during laser beam cutting, the position examination system of the laser cutting head automatic distance control system has been designed. To adopt the electric capacity of the cutting nozzle and the cutting workpiece constitutes the differential type electricity bridge, it is used as distance sensor. The phase- sensitive detection electric circuit is used to discriminate the position change between the cutting nozzle and the workpiece, the sorvo system controles cutting head movement, the high regulate for the laser cutting head was implemented. Pass a test, availably solve laser to incise a focus to follow a problem, raised the control quality of system. The position detection system to be designed provide a solution for laser cutting.
