摘要
目的:观察沟通技巧护理在小儿静脉输液中的应用效果。方法:回顾分析62例静脉输液患儿,依据患儿接受的护理方式的差异分为两组,即接受沟通技巧护理的为研究组(共32例),接受常规护理的为对照组(共30例),对比两组患儿护理后疼痛感及护理满意程度。结果:护理后,研究组Wang-Baker评分和FLACC评分均较对照组低;且研究组护理满意程度(93.75%)高于对照组(73.33%),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:沟通技巧护理在小儿静脉输液中的应用效果优于常规护理效果。
Objective: To observe effects of communication skills in children's intravenous infusion. Methods: 62 children undergone intravenous infusion were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into two groups: 31 cases using routine nursing were set as control group,while 31 cases receiving communication skills were used as study group. The pain and nursing satisfaction of the two groups after the nursing were compared. Results: After the nursing,the Wang-Baker score and FLACC score in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the nursing satisfaction in the study group(93.75%) was higher than that in the control group(73.33%),and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusions: Communication skills in the children's intravenous infusion are more effective than routine nursing.
