摘要
目的了解2016年四川省县级疾病预防控制机构的检验能力拥有情况,以及配套的实验室仪器设备和检验技术人员配置情况。方法在中国疾病预防控制信息系统获得数据并进行描述性统计分析。结果 2016年四川省县区级疾病预防控制机构的检验技术人员合计1 007人,占县级在职人数的10.92%,平均6人/县机构;人员绝对值数量在0~22人之间,比例在0和27.59%之间。2016年全省县区级疾病预防控制机构平均实验室仪器设备台数为54台(件),达到国家标准的88.52%,全省有9个市州的平均值达标,61个县区疾病预防控制机构的绝对值数量达标,11个机构的绝对值数量在10以下。2016年全省县区级疾病预防控制机构A类和B类检验项目的开展率分别为97.83%和95.65%。平均实有A类检验项目数量68项,达到国家标准的57.63%,全省仅一个县区级疾病预防控制机构达标;平均实有B类检验项目数量16项,达到国家标准的26.23%,全省县区疾病预防控制机构均未达标。结论 2016年全省县区级的检验能力水平整体建设仍需提高,虽然绝大多数机构都按照要求开展了检验工作,但是实际数量与国家标准差距较大,地区之间水平参差不齐。检验能力偏低的地区,实验室仪器设备和检验人员的平均水平也较低。特别是省内3个少数民族自治州的检验技术人员、实验室仪器设备和检验能力发展程度仍处于较低水平。
Objective To understand the current situation of the inspection capacity in county level center for disease control and prevention institutions of Sichuan in 2016,as well as the laboratory instrument equipment and health inspection technicians.Methods Data were collected and analyzed by descriptive statistics method.Results There were 1007 health inspection technicians totally in county level CDCs of Sichuan in 2016,with the proportion of 10.92%.The average number of technician was 6 and the absolute value ranged from 0 to 22 with the corresponding rate of 0 to 27.59%.Average quantity of laboratory instrument equipment of country CDC was 54 in 2016,reached 88.52% of the national standard.Laboratory instrument equipment average amount of 9 states and absolute value of 61 institutions reached the level of national standard in this study,but there were 11 institutions of their absolute value of laboratory instrument equipment were below 10.According to the data,the practice rate of inspection items of class A and B was 97.83%、95.65% separately.Average number of class A inspection items for country level CDC was 68,which meet 57.63% of the national standards,whileaverage number of class B inspection items was1 6,which attained 26.23% of the national standards.Conclusion There was still a clear gap between Sichuan country level CDC and national standard in inspection capacity,most of the institutions carried out work as required in 2016,but the absolute value of the quantity was limited to up to the national standard.At the same time,the level of inspection ability differed among different areas.In area of low inspection ability level,the standard of both health inspection technicians and instrument and equipment were low relatively at the same time.Situation was more serious in ethnic autonomous regions in Sichuan.
