摘要
从数控机床基本概念和机床误差存在的原因出发,针对机床误差的主要因素提出数控机床实施误差补偿的步骤。并对SIEMENS 840D数控系统自带的补偿功能体系进行了研究和分析,为后续加工生产提供了理论指导,具有理论与实践的双重意义。
The basic concepts of NC machine tools and the reasons for the error of machine tools are discussed. Aiming at the main factors of machine tool errors, several steps of error compensation for NC machine tools were put forward.The compensation function system of SIEMENS 840 D CNC system was studied and analyzed, which provided theoretical guidance for the following processing and production,and had both theoretical and practical significance.
