银金属氧化物触点继电器电寿命的研究 被引量:1

摘要 在严酷的环境中通常会用到密封型继电器,但采用银金属氧化物触点材料的继电器在密封结构条件下电寿命严重下降,不能满足应用的要求。本研究通过分析继电器的温升、电弧能量和电寿命试验后触点上及触点周边的物质,确定触点材料的选型是影响密封型继电器电寿命性能的关键因素。通过验证证明,触点材料从银金属氧化物更换为非银金属氧化物触点对继电器电寿命有显著的改善。本研究对密封型继电器的设计具有参考价值。 In the harsh environment, sealed relays are usually used, but the relays of silver oxide contact materials have severely reduced electrical life under the condition of the sealed structure and cannot meet the requirements of the application. After analyzing the temperature rise of the relay, arc energy and electrical life test after the materials on and surrounding the contact, we found out that contact material is the key factor affecting the electrical life performance of the sealed relay. The verification proves that the replacement of the contact material from the silver oxide to the non-silver oxide contact has a significant improvement in the electrical life. The results provide reference for the design of sealed relays.
