摘要
本文针对当前高职教育现代学徒制的内涵和实践中遇到的一些现实问题进行了分析和探讨。尤其对现代学徒制实践过程中"双主体""双身份"的落实问题和相关法律法规和体制机制问题进行了深入分析,并在此基础上提出了一些相应的解决思路以供参考。
This paper analyzes and discusses the connotation of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational education and some practical problems in practice. In particular, the implementation of ＂Dual-subject＂ and ＂Dual-capacity＂ and related laws,regulations and institutional mechanisms in the process of modern apprenticeship practice are analyzed in depth. On this basis,some corresponding solutions are proposed for reference.
