摘要
目的了解天津市武清区人布鲁氏菌病的流行病学特征,为制定防控措施提供依据。方法对2014~2017年中国疾病预防控制信息系统报告中的武清区人布病确诊病例进行流行病学调查并对调查资料进行统计分析。结果 2014~2017年武清区共报告布病确诊病例108例,年均发病率为2.43/10万,其中2014年24例(2.24/10万),2015年35例(3.25/10万),2016年35例(3.10/10万),2017年14例(1.23/10万),不同年份发病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。男性发病87例,女性发病21例,男性发病率高于女性(P<0.01);发病年龄以40~60岁组中老年为主,占75.00%;农民是本区的主要发病人群,占总病例数的86.11%;全年均有发病,2~5月为发病高峰;感染来源以饲养羊为主,占51.85%,其次为食用牛羊肉和屠宰加工牛羊肉,分别占19.44%和13.89%。2014~2017年对高危职业人群进行了血清学监测,共监测男性424例,阳性21例,阳性率4.95%;女性267例,阳性10例,阳性率3.73%(P>0.05)。结论天津市武清区布病发病率处于较高水平。
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of human brucellosis in Wuqing district,Tianjin city,so as to provide scientific basis for making strategies for the prevention and control. Methods Epidemiological investigation was conducted on data of cases of human brucellosis reported in Wuqing district,Tianjin city,2014-2017 from the China Disease Control and Prevention Report System,and analysia was made on the epidemic data. Results During2014-2017,a total of 108 cases were reported in Wuqing district,the average incidence rate was 2.43/105,Of which 24 cases in 2014(2.24/105),35 cases in 2015(3.25/105),35 cases in 2016(3.10/105),14 cases in 2017(1.23/105),the incidence of different year was different(P〈0.01).87 cases were males,21 cases were females,the incidence in males was higher than that of females(P〈0.01).The disease focused on 40-60 years old people,accounting for 75.00%.Most cases were famers,accounting for 86.11%.The peaks were mainly from February to May.The main sources of infection were from sheep feeding,accounting for 51.85%,followed from eating beef and mutton,slaughtering or processing beef and mutton,accounting for respectively 19.44% and 13.89%.Serological monitoring in high-risk occupational groups was conducted from 2014 to 2017,a total of 424 male cases were monitored,21 cases were positive,the positive rate was4.95%,267 female cases were monitored,10 cases were positive,the positive rate was 3.73%,there was no statistical significance between male and female(P〉0.05). Conclusion The incidence of brucellosis in Wuqing district is at a high level.
