摘要
超声波辅助提取是一种新型高效的提取技术。本实验采用超声波辅助提取的方法,从咖啡渣中初步提取多酚,研究了从咖啡渣中提取多酚的超声波辅助提取优化工艺流程。根据单因素试验优化了提取时间、料液比、乙醇浓度、提取温度和超声波功率对多酚提取率的影响。根据实验结果,最佳工艺条件为超声功率700 W,提取时间20分钟,料液比30mL/g,提取温度40℃。在最佳工艺条件下,多酚的最大产率为53.37 mg/g,比传统溶剂提取产率高11.56%。采用超声波辅助提取技术显著缩短了提取时间,并获得了更高的产率,可成为从咖啡渣中提取多酚类物质的理想提取技术之一。
Ultrasound-assisted extraction(UAE)is a new effective extraction technology.In this study,an effective UAE process of polyphenols from spent coffee residue was developed.Several important extraction parameters such as extraction time,solvent/material ratio,ethanol concentration extraction temperature and ultrasound power were optimized based on single factor experiments.Under optimized parameters,the maximum yield of polyphenols was 53.37 mg/g,which is higher than conventional solvent extraction by 11.56% with much shorter extraction time.The results indicate that UAE technique is an efficient alternative technique for the extraction of polyphenols from spent coffee residue.
