摘要
语言文化遗产是特定族群在漫长的历史发展中创造并享用的精神文化,体现着特定族群的思维方式、心理模式、智力活动,它承载着民众千百年来积累的知识和经验。语言既是各类非物质文化遗产的载体,其自身也是一种非物质文化遗产,且语言多样性是文化多样性的根基。如今,一些民族的语言已经或正在消失,一旦一种民族语言消失,这种民族文化及所承载的非物质文化遗产也会消亡,因此,抢救、保护、传承语言文化遗产迫在眉睫。保护传承语言文化遗产是一项艰巨而系统的文化工程,应在政府主导下,采取科学有效的对策。本文从五个方面提出了抢救、保护、传承语言文化遗产的措施与方法,具有较强的针对性和可操作性。
The cultural heritage of language is created and enjoyed by a particular ethnic group in the long history of development,indicates the specific ethnic group＇s way of thinking,psychological patterns,and mental activities. It carries the thousand years of accumulated knowledge and experiences. The language is not only the carrier of various intangible cultural heritages,but itself also is an intangible cultural heritage,and the language diversity is the foundation of cultural diversity. Today, some ethnic language is dying. Once an ethnic language disappeared,the related culture and the non-material cultural heritage will also disappear. Therefore, saving, protection, inheritance language and cultural heritage are imminent. It is a difficult and systematic cultural project to protect and inherit the cultural heritage of language,and it should be untaken with the guidance of government in a systematic and effective way. This paper puts forward the measures and methods of saving,protecting and inheriting the cultural heritage of language from five aspects,which has a strong pertinence and operability.
