摘要
中国塔吉克族群生活在多语环境之中,既保持着母语使用的良好氛围及发展态势,又采取开放而积极的态度接纳他语学习,使得族群的语言生活空间得以拓宽,生态环境因多语功能互补而更趋健康。塔吉克族总体呈现出语言生态环境良好、语言生态系统基本稳定的状态。但同时因为各语种语言环境分布、承担职能和社会功能的不同,塔吉克族在各语种的使用程度以及使用能力上产生了比较明显的差异。文章针对这些差异总结塔吉克族群在内、外生态环境中存在的主要问题,并提出应着力加强其语言生活的规划与管理,提供语言生活、语言教育改善和发展的良好环境和有利条件,以构建和谐多样的社会语言生活。
Chinese Tajik community live in multiple-language setting,in which they both keep the good airs and development trend of mother-tongue application and adopt liberal and active attitude to admit other-language learning,allow their language and life space to be enlarged and eco-environment to be healthy as a result of complemented multiple-lingual functions.Tajik ethnic group as a whole takes on good lingual eco-environment and stable state of lingual eco-system.Besides,there exist marked difference for in the intensity and capability of applying different languages on account of distribution pattern for different languages,different social functions performed by languages.The essay writer,with respect to these differences,concludes that main problems exist among Tajik community in internal and external eco-environment,proposes that the government should focus on better plan and management in language life and offers good setting and favorable condition for language life and education so as to construct a harmonious diversified social language life.
