摘要
以聚乙烯醇为分散剂,过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂,苯乙烯和α-甲基丙烯酸为单体,二乙烯基苯为交联剂,在80℃下,采用自由基沉淀聚合法制备了pH敏感水凝胶P(St-DVB-MAA)通过傅里叶红外光谱和热重仪对聚合物进行了表征及结构分析,研究了时间、pH、盐溶液对水凝胶P(St-DVB-MAA)溶胀行为的影响,并重点探讨了水凝胶P(St-DVB-MAA)溶胀率和离子吸附能力的关系,使用P(St-DVB-MAA)为基质的阳离子交换树脂对合成废水中的锌离子进行了吸附试验,考察了离子交换性能。结果表明,P(St-DVB-MAA)具有较好的pH响应性,其溶胀率与离子交换吸附能力密切相关。
In this paper, polyvinyl alcohol as dispersing agent, Benzoyl peroxide as initiator of polymerization, Divinyl benzene as cross-linking agent, Styrene and 2-Methylpropenoic acid as monomer, pH sensitive P(St-DVB-MAA) hydrogel were prepared by suspension polymerization on 80℃. The structures, components and properties of the prepared composite microgels were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The effects of time, pH and salt solution on the swelling behavior of P(St-DVB-MAA)were investigated, and the relationship between the swelling rate and ion adsorption capacity of hydrogels was also discussed. The experiment of ion exchange was conducted by resin to deal with Zinc ions in the solution. The results show that P (St-DVB-MAA) has a good pH responsiveness, and its swelling rate is closely related to ion exchange adsorption capacity.
