摘要
研究了用氯化铵溶液将SLD-225b树脂吸附的硫酸铀酰,转为氯化铀酰、水淋洗、碳酸氢铵沉淀工艺。与常规的硝酸铵溶液淋洗工艺相比,此工艺省去贫树脂转型,得到铀浓度较高的淋洗合格液和脱水、过滤性能良好的铀产品。用4倍树脂床体积氯离子质量浓度为179.8 g/L的氯化铵溶液转型、用3倍树脂床体积的水淋洗,贫树脂含铀<1 mg/g,淋洗效率>99%,试验条件下合格液铀质量浓度>30 g/L。
A new eluting-precipitation process of converting the uranyl sulfate adsorbed on the resin SLD-225b into uranyl chloride with N H4Cl solution, eluting uranyl chloride with water, and precipitating uranyl chloride with NH4HCO3 is studied. Compared with the NH4NO3 eluting process, the new process can cut converting process of barren resin form, the eluate has higher concentration of uranium, and the product has perfect dewatering & filtration properties. When resin form is converted into uranyl chloride with 4BV NH4Cl solution in which the concentration of chloride ion is 179.8 g/L, and eluted with 3BV water, the barren resin contains uranium less than 1 mg/g, eluting efficiency is more than 99%, and the uranium concentration of eluate is more than 30 g/L under the test condition.
