摘要
慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)相关肺动脉高压是COPD的一种严重并发症,也是COPD患者死亡的主要原因,严重影响患者的预后。本文从中医角度出发,根据病因、病机,以"肺朝百脉,主治节"的理论为基础,总结了近几年现代医学对COPD相关肺血管重构的机制研究以及补肺活血法对肺血管重构机制的影响,提出补肺活血法可预防COPD相关肺高压,为今后进一步进行基因及细胞研究提供理论基础。
Chronic obstructine pulmonary disease（COPD）related pulmonary hypertension is a serious complication of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. It is also the main cause of death in patients with COPD,which seriously affects the prognosis of patients. From the perspective of Chinese medicine,according to the etiology,pathogenesis,taking the＂all vessels converging in lung＂theory as the foundation,this paper summarizes the research on the mechanism of modern medicine in recent years of COPD related pulmonary vascular remodeling and the effect of Bufei Huoxue on pulmonary vascular remodeling,puts forward that activating blood circulation can prevent lung COPD related pulmonary hypertension,and provides a theoretical basis for further study of gene and cell line.
