摘要
为研究粪菌液来源及添加量对断奶仔猪生长性能与下痢率的影响,试验选用360头杜×长×大断奶健康仔猪,随机分为12组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头仔猪,其中1~3组为对照组,饲喂基础饲粮;4~12组为试验组,在饲喂基础饲粮的基础上,分别灌喂由健康怀孕母猪、哺乳母猪、断奶仔猪粪便制成的粪菌液。每种粪菌液添加量设10、30、50 mL 3个梯度。从断奶第1天起,每天上、下午各灌喂1次,连续灌喂4 d,4 d后仅喂基础饲料。结果表明:不同来源的粪菌液对仔猪的生长性能与下痢率均无显著影响(P>0.05),粪菌来源与添加量对仔猪的生长性能与下痢率的影响均无显著交互作用(P>0.05);随着粪菌添加量的增加,对各组仔猪的生长性能和下痢率作用效果显著增加(P<0.05)。在本试验条件下,健康怀孕母猪、哺乳母猪和断奶仔猪均可作为粪菌供体,最适粪菌液添加量为50 mL。
To study the effect of the source and amount of fecal suspension on the growth performance and diarrhea rate of weaned pigs, three hundred and sixty piglets(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire) weaned were selected and divided into 12 groups with 3 replicates per group and 10 piglets per replicate, in which 1-3 groups were fed with the basal diet without fecal suspension and 4-12 groups were fed with the basal diet and infused by gavage with fecal suspension made with the fecal from the healthy pregnant sows, lactating cows and weaned pigs, respectively. The amount of every fecal suspension was designed into 10, 30, 50 m L. All tested piglets were infused by gavage with fecal suspension on AM 8:00 and PM 16:00 of every day from the first day after being weaned for 4 days and only fed with the basal diet after 4 days. The results indicated that: different source of fecal suspension had no significant effects on the growth performance and diarrhea rate of the the tested piglets(P〉0.05). The source and amount of fecal suspension had no significant interaction on the growth performance and diarrhea rate of the tested piglets(P〉0.05). The effects of the amount of fecal suspension on the growth performance and diarrhea rate of the piglets were significantly increased(P〈0.05) with the increase of the amount of fecal suspension. Conclusions were drawn that the healthy pregnant sows, lactating cows and weaned pigs could all be as the donor of fecal microbiota and adding 50 m L fecal suspension had the best comprehensive effect under the experimental conditions.
