粪菌移植结合噬菌体抵抗雏鸡沙门氏菌感染的作用 被引量:3

摘要 本试验研究了粪菌移植(fecal microbiota transplantation)与噬菌体(phage)的结合疗法抵抗雏鸡肠炎沙门氏菌感染的作用。试验设置4个处理,分别为Ca组(口服PBS缓冲液且攻毒)、Cb组(口服PBS缓冲液且不攻毒)、FPa组(粪菌移植与噬菌体结合疗法且攻毒)和FPb组(粪菌移植与噬菌体结合疗法且不攻毒)。每组隔离饲养至40日龄,记录不同日龄每组鸡的死亡率和体重变化,病理切片法分析肠道绒毛长度、隐窝深度和肝脏病理变化,PCR方法检测肝脏中沙门氏菌的定殖情况,ELISA方法检测血清中细胞因子水平。结果表明:粪菌移植与噬菌体的结合疗法可以降低沙门氏菌感染导致的雏鸡死亡率,促进雏鸡的体重增长;在一定程度上提高了雏鸡的免疫水平,减少了攻毒雏鸡肝脏的炎性病变,清除了肠炎沙门氏菌在雏鸡肝脏中的定殖;增强了雏鸡的消化吸收能力。综上,粪菌移植与噬菌体的结合疗法能帮助雏鸡抵抗沙门氏菌的感染,并促进雏鸡的健康生长。 In this experiment, the combined therapy of fecal microbiota transplantation and phage to resist the Salmonella enteritidis infection in chicks was studied. Four treatments were set as: Ca group(oral PBS buffer and challenge), Cb group(oral PBS buffer and non-challenge), FPa group(combination therapy of fecal microbiota transplantation and phage and challenge) and FPb group(combination therapy of fecal microbiota transplantation and phage and non-challenge). Each group was raised separately until 40 days old, the mortality and weight changes of chicks at different ages were recorded, the intestinal villi length, crypt depth and liver pathological changes were analyzed by pathological section method. The colonization of Salmonella in liver was detected by PCR method and the cytokines levels in serum were measured by ELISA technique. The results showed that the combination therapy of fecal microbiota transplantation and phage could reduce the mortality of challenged chickens due to Salmonella infection, and promote the weight gain. It improved the immunity level at a certain extent, reduced the inflammatory lesions of liver, removed the colonization of Salmonella enteritidis in liver, and enhanced the digestion and absorption of chicks. In summary, the combination therapy of fecal microbiota transplantation and phage could help resist the infection of Salmonella and promote the healthy growth of chicks.
