摘要
实验教学基地是培养大学生就业创业能力的载体支撑，为推进其建设，将从理论和社会需求层面探讨其设计的现实依据，并结合实践教学需求，以西安外事学院经管专业为例，运用结构方程模型阐释就业创业实验基地建设的主要影响因子，进而融合教学目标、课程体系、支撑主体及教学平台等框架内容，对实验基地进行创新设计，以此搭建就业创业教育的“生态圈”。
The experimental teaching base is the support of cultivating the ability of College Students＇ employment and entrepreneurship. In order to promote its construction, it would discuss the practical basis of its design from the theoretical and social needs, and combined with the needs of practical teaching, took the major of economics and management of Xi＇an External affairs Institute as an example, used structural equation modeling to explain the main factors affecting the construction of employment and entrepreneurship experimental base. Then, it integrated teaching objectives, curriculum system, support subject and the teaching platform, to design the experimental base, so as to build the ＂ecological circle＂ of the employment and entrepreneurship education.
