养血清脑颗粒辅助治疗慢性脑供血不足的效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究应用养血清脑颗粒辅助治疗慢性脑供血不足的效果。方法:将2015年9月至2017年9月四川省建筑医院收治的108例慢性脑供血不足患者采用随机数表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各54例患者。为两组患者应用盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊进行治疗,在此基础上为治疗组患者应用养血清脑颗粒进行治疗,然后对比观察两组患者脑供血不足症状消失的时间、用药的总时间、治疗的总有效率、用药前后其血栓前状态指标的改善情况及发生用药不良反应的情况。结果:与对照组患者相比,接受治疗后治疗组患者脑供血不足症状消失的时间和用药的总时间均较短,其血清PAI-1的水平较低,其血清t-PA的水平较高,其治疗的总有效率较高,其用药不良反应的发生率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用养血清脑颗粒辅助治疗慢性脑供血不足可取得理想的效果,能较快地改善患者的临床症状,纠正其血栓前状态,而且可降低其用药不良反应的发生率。 objective: to study the effect of nourishing serum brain granule in the treatment of chronic cerebral hypoxia. Methods: 108 patients with chronic cerebral hypoxia admitted by sichuan jianzhu hospital from September 2015 to September 2017 were divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method, with 54 patients in each group. For application of two groups of patients with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules treatment, on this basis for the treatment group patients application treatment serum brain particles, then contrast observed two groups of patients with brain symptoms disappear time, total time, the total effective rate of treatment, the improvement of the state before the thrombus index before and after medication and drug adverse reaction occurred. Results: compared with the control group patients, the treatment group after treatment in patients with brain symptoms disappear time and total time is short, the low level of serum levels of PAI-1, the higher the level of the serum levels of t-PA, the total effective rate of treatment is higher, the incidence of drug adverse reaction is lower, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion: the raise of serum brain particles adjuvant treatment of chronic brain can make ideal effect, can quickly improve the patient's clinical symptoms, correct state before the thrombus, and can reduce the incidence of drug adverse reaction.
