移动互联网背景下医学生医德教育现状及新路径探析 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]了解移动互联网背景下的医学生医德教育现状,并探索改善现状的对策。[方法]采用随机抽样的方法,选择650名来自不同学校,不同年级的医学本科生作为研究对象,采用自制问卷进行医德教育现状调查。运用多因素分析方法对医学生医德教育需求满足与否的影响因素进行分析,并探讨医德教育的新路径。[结果]82.51%的学生认为学校现有的医德教育不能满足他们的需求。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,不同年级,医德教育内容枯燥、不够生动,形式主义严重,教育方法单一、缺乏创新是影响医学生医德教育需求满足情况的重要因素(均P<0.05)。目前移动互联网上的医学生医德教育开展情况不容乐观。但近70%的同学支持通过移动互联网开展医德教育;75.79%医学生最喜欢的网络设备是智能手机,远超其他网络设备的比例。[结论]目前医学生的医德教育缺失的问题仍然存在,医德教育的老问题仍未得到有效解决。移动互联网为医学生医德教育的改革带来了新的机遇和新途径:整合移动网络资源,重视发挥医学生在医德教育中的主体作用,提升医学生对网络信息的鉴别力,倡导贯穿始终、多元化评价的医德教育。 [Objective] To explore the current situation of medical ethics education in medical students under the background of mobile internet, and explore the ways to improve the current situation. [Methods] Totally 650 medical undergraduates from different schools and different grades were selected by random sampling and investigated the current situation of medical ethics by using a self-designed questionnaire. Then multi-factor analysis method was used to analyze the influencing factors of medical students' satisfaction or not on the needs of medical ethics education, and then explore the new path of medical ethics education. [Results] 82.51% of the students think that the medical ethics education in schools is not enough to meet their needs. The results of logistic regression model show that the students from different grades, the content is boring and not vivid enough in medical ethics education, the medical ethics education morality is serious in formalism, the single method and lack of innovation in medical ethics education are the important influencing factors of medical students' satisfaction or not on the needs of medical ethics education(P〈0.05). The development situation of medical ethics education in medical students on the mobile internet is not optimistic. Nearly 70% of the students support the education of medical ethics through the mobile internet. The smart phone is the favorite network device in 75.79% of the students which far more than any other network device. [Conclusion] At present, the problem which the medical students lack of medical ethics education still exist. The old problem of medical ethics education has not been effectively solved. And the mobile internet has brought new opportunities for the reform of medical ethics education in medical students :to improve the ability of integrating the mobile network resources,and strengthening soft power of medical ethics education;paying great attention to exerting the main role of medical students in medical ethics education,and improve
