摘要
目的分析室性期前收缩负荷与心电图及心功能参数的关系。方法选择90例PVcs患者分为低、中、高负荷组,各30例,另选取同期收治的30例非PVcs患者为对照组,对比各组心电图以及心功能等指标。结果中负荷和高负荷组的QRs波时限、QT间期、QTcB及心功能参数与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论随着期前收缩负荷的不断增加,其QRs波时限增宽、LVMI增加,应加强对相关指标的监测,及时给予有针对性的干预措施。
Objective To analyze The relationship between ventricular pre systolic load and ECG and cardiac function parameters. Methods 90 patients with PVcs were selected and divided into low, medium and high load groups, 30 cases in each group. 30 cases of non PVcs patients in the same period were selected as the control group, and the electrocardiogram and cardiac function indexes of each group were compared. Results The QRs wave time limit, QT interval, QTcB and cardiac function parameters in the medium load and the high load group were statistically significant compared with the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions With the increase of pre systolic load, the QRs wave duration and LVMI increase. Therefore, we should strengthen the monitoring of related indicators and give targeted interventions in time.
