摘要
目的探讨舒肝解郁胶囊对围绝经期焦虑、抑郁的疗效。方法筛选河北北方学院附属第一医院妇产科门诊2017年1月至2018年1月间连续就诊的围绝经期焦虑、抑郁患者120例。随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。观察组予以舒肝解郁胶囊口服,对照组给予莉芙敏片口服。结果两组在治疗6周后焦虑、抑郁评分均显著下降,两组对比无统计学差异,两组不良反应发生率无统计学差异。结论舒肝解郁胶囊对围绝经期焦虑、抑郁的疗效明显,不良反应发生率低,患者依从性良好。
Objective To explore the effect of Shugan Jieyu capsules on perimenopausal anxiety and depression. Methods One hundred and twenty patients of perimenopausal anxiety and depression treated between January 2017 and January 2018 were chosen and randomly divided into the observation group （n=60） and control group （n = 60）.The observation group received psychological intervention by taking Shugan Jieyu capsules orally, while the control group was given psychological intervention treatment with remifemin.Results Anxiety and depression scores were significantly decreased in both groups after 6 weeks of treatment, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups, as with the incidence of adverse reactions.Conclusion The effect of Shugan Jieyu capsules on perimenopausal anxiety and depres- sion is obvious, the incidence of adverse reactions is low, and the patient compliance is good.
