摘要
甜蜜素的测定因衍生过程步骤多、对条件敏感、每一步骤的细小偏差都会造成结果偏离等因素,影响检测人员的检测。新修订的GB 5009.97-2016中仍把气相色谱法作为测定甜蜜素的第一方法,新标准优化了样品处理、衍生化和测定的条件。本文介绍了气相色谱法测定甜蜜素的检测过程,并结合日常工作的经验指出检测中的一些关键控制点,以供相关检测参考借鉴。
The determination of sodium cyclamate is due to many steps,sensitive to conditions and small deviations from each step which will cause the deviation of results and other factors,which affect the detection of the inspectors.The newly revised GB 5009.97-2016 still regards gas chromatography as the first method. Sample processing,derivatization and conditions of determination are all optimized in the new standard. In this paper,the determination process of sodium cyclamate by gas chromatography is introduced,and some key control points in the detection are pointed out,which can be used for reference in similar detection.
