卷烟主流烟气中糖和多元醇在不同粒径气溶胶中的分布研究 被引量:2

摘要 为研究糖和多元醇在卷烟主流烟气气溶胶中的分布,采用电子低压撞击器(ELPI)分级捕集烟气气溶胶粒相物,并通过气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)测定了不同圆周卷烟主流烟气气溶胶中糖和多元醇的粒径分布。捕集的气溶胶样品采用DMF提取,提取液加入BSTFA进行衍生化后,经DB-5MS弹性毛细管柱分离,选择离子监测模式测定,内标法定量。结果表明:(1)该法检测主流烟气气溶胶中10种糖和多元醇的检出限为1.6~14.8 ng/cig,加标回收率为82~112%。(2)超细支卷烟(圆周17.0 mm)和传统卷烟(圆周24.3 mm)的气溶胶的质量分布均主要集中在粒径0.144-0.722μm,在粒径0.431μm附近最集中,但超细支卷烟气溶胶中小粒径的粒相物质量比例高于传统卷烟。(3)10种糖和多元醇在烟气气溶胶中均有检出,在超细支卷烟和传统卷烟气溶胶中的粒径分布规律一致。不同类型的糖和多元醇在气溶胶中呈现不同的粒径分布趋势,其中1,2-丙二醇、乙二醇、果糖、葡萄糖、甘露糖、D-阿拉伯糖、D-半乳糖、D-木糖的质量浓度呈现随粒径增加先增加后减小的趋势,在中间粒径的粒相物中(0.261~0.431μm)浓度最高;而丙三醇、木糖醇则相反,其质量浓度随着粒径增加呈现先减小后增加的趋势,在中间粒径的粒相物中(0.431~0.722μm)浓度最低。 To investigate the distribution of sugar and polyhydric alcohol in aerosol particles of mainstream cigarette smoke,aerosol particles of mainstream cigarette smoke were divided and collected by electrical low-pressure impactor(ELPI).Mass concentrations of sugar and polyhydric alcohol in aerosol particles were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The collected samples were extracted with DMF,modified using BSTFA,and separated by a DB-5MS capillary column and detected under selected ion monitoring(SIM)mode.The targets were quantitatively analyzed using internal standard method.Results showed that:1)Limits of detection(LODs)ranged from 3.2μg/L to 29.6μg/L with standard recovery rate ranged from 82%to 112%at three spiked levels for ten sugars and polyhydric alcohols.2)The sizes of collected aerosol particles from super slim cigarettes with 17.0 mm in circumference and regular cigarettes with 24.3 mm in circumference were mainly distributed within the medium size range(0.144~0.722μm),and super slim cigarettes showed a finer size distribution compared with regular cigarettes.3)10 sugars and polyhydric alcohols were all detected in collected aerosol particles and showed similar size distribution patterns for both super slim cigarettes and regular cigarettes.However,the mass concentrations of 10 sugars and polyhydric alcohols in aerosol particles of different size were different.The mass concentrations of 1,2-Propanediol,ethanediol,fructose,glucose,mannose,D-arabinose,D-galactose and D-xylose appeared to first increase and then decrease with the increase of smoke aerosol particle size,and reached maximum level in medium-sized particles(0.261~0.431μm).In contrast,the mass concentrations of glycerol and xylitol exhibited contrary distribution pattern,showing a trend of first decreasing and then increasing the increase of smoke aerosol particle size,and decreased to the lowest level in particles of medium size(0.431~0.722μm).
