一锅法合成高分散的多级孔Mo-ZSM-5

摘要 钼负载的ZSM-5在工业中有着广泛的应用。采用蒸汽辅助晶化法一锅合成Mo-ZSM-5,合成方法简单、制备时间短。通过XRD、SEM、HTEM、BET、ICP-OES等表征手段,比较了用一锅法合成的Mo-ZSM-5和Mo/ZSM-5的晶型、结晶度、表面结构、孔结构和分布、金属负载的分散程度和团聚情况。Mo掺杂在干胶中几乎对ZSM-5的结晶不产生负面影响,同时Mo能够均匀地分散在ZSM-5之中,不发生明显的团聚。 Molybdenum loaded ZSM-5 has a wide range of applications in the industry. Well dispersed, hierarchical Mo-ZSM-5 was one-pot synthesized with steam-assisted crystallization method, which is simple and the preparation time is short. The crystal structure, crystallinity, surface structure, pore structure and distribution of Mo-ZSM-5 and Mo/ZSM-5, synthesized by one-pot method, were compared by XRD, SEM, HTEM, BET and ICP-OES characterization to research on crystallization, textural property and metallic distribution. Mo, which doped in the dry gel, had little negative impact on the crystallization of ZSM-5, and Mo can be uniformly dispersed in the ZSM-5 without obvious agglomeration.
