Progress in diagnosis and treatment of selective intrauterine growth restriction

摘要 单绒毛膜双羊膜囊(monochorionic-diamniotic,MCDA)双胎属于高危妊娠,围产儿并发症发生率高,可出现如双胎输血综合征、选择性宫内生长受限(selective intrauterine growth restriction,sIUGR)及双胎贫血-红细胞增多序列征等特有并发症。
