双胎妊娠临床处理指南（第二部分）双胎妊娠并发症的诊治 被引量：40

摘要 “双胎妊娠临床处理指南（第二部分）”主要针对双胎妊娠并发症的诊断和处理，包括双绒毛膜性双胎并发症，如双胎生长不一致、一胎结构异常、一胎胎死宫内；单绒毛膜性双胎特殊并发症，如双胎输血综合征（twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome， TTTS）、选择性胎儿宫内生长受限（selective intrauterine growth restriction，sIUGR）、双胎反向动脉灌注序列（twin reversed arterial perfusion sequence，TRAPS）、双胎贫血-多血序列征（twin anemia polycythemia sequence，TAPS）等。由于双胎妊娠并发症，尤其是单绒毛膜性双胎并发症整体发病率较低，缺少大样本的随机对照研究，很多相关的临床研究结论来自于专家共识及经验性结论，对某些并发症的处理仍存在较大的争议。本指南所推荐内容来自于迄今为止所发表的最高级别的文献证据，需要随着临床实践的发展进行不断更新和完善。
