摘要
悬吊式静力试验中,由于试验件结构重量、假件重量、加载设备及测试设备重量等因素的影响,引起试验测量结果偏移。为修正试验数据,通过研究提出一种简易快速的数据处理方法,原理为对试验数据采用基于二乘法线性拟合,然后根据截距进行零点偏移。以某型直升机全机静力试验为研究对象,采用该方法处理应变测量数据,结果表明该方法提高了试验数据的真实性,能较好地修正试验件结构重量等因素对试验结果的影响,对同类问题具有很高的参考价值。
The influence of some factors such as the structure weight of the test specimen and dum- my, the weight of loading and testing equipment migrated test measurement results in suspension type static test. In order to revise the test data, researched and put forward a simple method of data processing , the principle was the test data by using linear fitting based on square, and then accord- ing to intercept zero offset. To helicopter static test as the research object, used this method to process strain measurement data. The results showed that this method improved the authenticity of the test data, could be well fixed test specimen of the structure weight factors influence on test re- suits. It had the very high reference value to the similar problem.
