摘要
本文结合路噪有限元模型和试验设计(DOE)方法研究了路噪结构声和车身整体模态频率的关系。通过改变路噪模型钣金件弹性模量得到车身弯曲模态频率、扭转模态频率路噪结构声并将其作为样本点,通过样本点拟合得到各因素之间的关系及经验公式。平台车型路噪开发时可利用此经验公式将路噪结构声指标分解到车身整体模态频率。
The relationship between the structure-borne roadnoise and the global modes of the vehicle is studied by FEM and design of experiment(DOE)method.By changing the elastic modulus of the sheet metal parts of road noise model,the bending mode frequency,torsional mode frequency and the structure-borne road noise are obtained,which are taken as the sample point.The relationship between the factors and the empirical formula are obtained through the sample point fitting.The empirical formula can be used to target cascading.
