摘要
系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是一种累及多系统、多脏器的自身免疫性疾病,临床表现多种多样;骨坏死是在SLE的治疗过程中发病率较高的临床症状之一,发病机制复杂,目前尚未完全被阐明。本文将从疾病相关危险因素、发病机制、临床特征及诊治等多方面阐述系统性红斑狼疮合并骨坏死的相关内容。
Systemic lupus erythematosus（SLE） is an autoimmune disease involving multiple systems and multiple organs. The clinical manifestations are diverse. Bone necrosis is a clinical symptoms with high incidence during the treatment of SLE, and its pathogenesis is complex and has not yet been fully elucidated. This article expounds related content of systemic lupus erythematosus combined with osteonecrosis from risk factors, the pathogenesis, the characteristics and the diagnosis and treatment of disease.
