摘要
目的：分析免疫学抗体联合检验在系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）诊断中的应用价值，评估其临床效果。方法：选择我院2013年2月-2015年5月诊断的60例系统性红斑狼疮患者和60例健康体检者，分别进行IgG、IgA、IgM、c3、c4及抗核抗体（ANA）、ENA多肽性抗体、抗ssA、抗ssB、抗dsDNA等指标的检测，并进行检验阳性率对比分析。结果：与健康对照组相比，活动组SLE的IgG、IgM及I蛆水平均明显提高，C3与C4指标明显降低（P〈0．05），非活动组SLE的IgG与IgA水平明显提高，其余指标均无明显改善，活动纽ANA、ENA多肽性抗体、抗SSA、抗SSB、抗dsDNA等检测阳性率均明显提高（P〈0．05）。结论：免疫学抗体联合检验能对系统性红斑狼疮患者进行有效诊断，提高检验阳性率以确定病情进展，值得推广使用。
Objective ： To analyze the value analysis of Immunological antibody combined with examination in the diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE） , and evaluate its clinical effect. Methods ： 60 cases of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus （sle） admitted in our hospital from February 2013 to May 2015 and 60 cases of healthy cases were selected, IgG, IgA, IgM, C3, C4 and antinuclear antibody （ANA）, ENA polypeptide antibody, anti SSA, SSB resistance, anti dsDNA indicators were tested separately, and the positive rate was carried on.Results ： Compared with healthy controls, IgG, IgM and IgA levels of the SLE activity group were significantly increased, but C3 and C4 index were significantly decreased （P 〈 0.05）, IgG and IgA level of the SLE inactive group were increased significantly, the rest of the indicators had no significant improvement, ANA, ENA polypeptide antibody, anti SSA, SSB resistance, anti dsDNA test positive rate of the activity group were significantly increased （P〈 0,05）. Conclusions ： Immunological antibody combined with examination is effect in the diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus, which can improve the test positive rate in the determining progress, worthy of promotion of use.
