摘要
对于供水量较大的年久水厂,随着取水水泵出水管上的阀门的老化,需要陆续的开展阀门维修或更换的工作,如何在尽量减少对生产供水的影响的条件下顺利的完成阀门更换工作,前期的管道排水工作变得颇为重要。本文结合实际经验,分析取水泵房内管道排水效果不佳的原因,总结排水应注意的问题,提出安全有效、能加快排水速度的排水方法。
For the older waterworks with large water supply, with the aging of the valves on the outlet pipe of the water intake pump, it is necessary to carry out valve maintenance or replacement work one after another. How to complete the valve replacement work smoothly under the condition of minimizing the impact on production water supply, the early stage of pipeline drainage has become very important. In this paper, with practical experience, analyzes the reasons for poor pipeline drainage in pumping station, summarize matters need attention of drainage, puts forward a safe, effective and can speeds up the drainage speed method.
