摘要
针对小舜江泵站技术供水系统中闸阀的转动螺套突然断裂,由于设计存在问题不能直接更换。为确保供水可靠,彻底解决隐患,同时要保留原供水系统中的优点,提出分三步走方案,首先设计一套传动装置,其次新增两套供水系统,最后拆除原供水系统。使故障得到了及时的处理,并合时合理对技术供水系统进行了改造。以系统性的概念来处理问题,为故障处理及系统改造提供了一种崭新的思路。
The swivel nut of gate valves in the water supply system of Xiaoshunjinag pumping station and it cannot be replaced directly because of design. In order to supply water safety and solve the problem and keep the original water supply system, it put forward a 3-stage scheme: firstly, design a set of transmission system; secondly,add 2 sets of water supply system; thirdly, replace the original system. It treated the system fail ure in time and updated the water supply system. It can supply a new idea for the failure treatment and system update in the systematic viewpoint.
