摘要
在高校图书馆的建设管理中,网络学术信息资源是其中一项重要的部分,因为它具备种类极多、内容丰富、传播速率快、及时性强等特性,已然变成高校进行教育、科研和学识创新活动的重要数据资源。它不仅丰富了图书馆的藏书,同时提升了图书馆的服务类型。网络学术信息资源共享为互联网的基本特征,同时也是网络局势下用户对网络数据服务的需求。近几年,高等教学迅速进步,文献资源建设速率已然追不上高校的教育需求,用户对于网络学术信息资源的需要也是越来越迫切,同时对质量的保证要求也在提高。本文讨论了国内高校图书馆网络学术信息资源构建的现今状况,阐述了网络学习信息资数据建设和深化信息数据服务的策略。
Construction management in university library, network academic information resources is one of the important part, because it has many kinds, rich in content, communication speed, timeliness and strong features, has become an important data resource of education, scientific research and knowledge innovation activities in Colleges and universities. It not only enriches the library collection, but also promotes the service type of the library. Network aca- demic information resources sharing is the basic characteristics of the Internet, but also the demand for network data services under the network situation. In recent years, the rapid progress of higher education, literature resources con- struction rate has been unable to catch up with the educational needs of colleges and universities, users need for aca- demic information resources on the network is more and more urgent, at the same time, the quality assurance require- ments are also improving. This paper discusses the present situation of the construction of academic information re- sources of Academic Libraries in China, and expounds the strategies for the construction of information resources and the deepening of information data services in network learning.
