德国双元制对高职院校推行开放式教学的启示 被引量:7

摘要 实施开放式教学是彰显高职院校发展特征、提升高职院校培养人才质量的有效举措。德国双元制对我国高职院校搞好开放式教学,有着诸多理论和实践启示:第一,德国双元制成功经验告诉我们,只有社会重视职业教育发展,高职办学与社会需求紧密联系,才能提升高职院校人才的培养质量。第二,借鉴双元制,有利于我们树立现代高职教育理念,给予高职院校践行开放式教学以思想指导。第三,德国双元制的"教学做合一",给予开放式教学以方法论启示。第四,德国双元制校企合作模式是开放式教学的一种理想境界。最后,借鉴德国双元制有利于完善高职院校专业设置,进一步促进开放式教学发展。 Open teaching is an effective measure to promote development of higher vocational education and improve the quality of higher vocational education.German dual system has provided with theories and practical inspirations to the open teaching in vocational colleges in China.The German tells only when the society attaches importance to the development of vocational education and the close connection between vocation and social needs can we improve the quality of vocational colleges.It is beneficial for us to set up the concept of modern higher and vocational education.The German dual system of teaching and learning explains the open teaching methodology.The German dual system of school-enterprise cooperation is an ideal open teaching.
