Determination of urinary iodine by catalytic spectrophotometry using discrete chemical analyzer

摘要 目的 建立应用间断化学分析仪催化光度法进行尿碘定量检测的方法。方法 取尿样消化后,采用间断化学分析仪控制反 应温度和时间测定碘含量,即替代尿碘的砷铈催化分光光度测定法中样品消解之后的测试流程,并检验该方法的线性范围、检出限 、测定精密度及准确度。采用本方法与砷铈催化分光光度法(标准方法)同时检测尿碘并进行结果比较。结果 尿碘含量在0 - 1 000 μg/L线性范围时,相关系数(r) = - 0.999 7,本方法检出限为4.5 μg/L,精密度:检测高、中、低浓度尿碘样品的相 对标准偏差(RSD)均 〈 5%;准确度:高、中、低浓度尿碘标准物质测定结果分别在各自的给定值范围内;本方法与标准方法比 较,尿碘含量比较差异无统计学意义(t = 0.643 8,P 〉 0.05)。结论 成功建立了间断化学分析仪催化光度法测定尿碘,此方法 操作简单、快速、准确、易行。 Objective To establish a method for quantitative detection of urine iodine by catalytic spectrophotometry using discrete chemical analyzer. Methods After digestion of urine samples, discrete chemical analyzer was used to control the reaction temperature and time, determine the iodine content, which replaced the urine iodine arsenic cerium catalytic spectrophotometry (standard method) after sample digestion in the testing process, and the linear range, detection limit, precision and accuracy of the method were tested. The method was used to detect the urine iodine and the results were compared with the standard method. Results The urinary iodine was in a linear range of 0 - 1 000 μg/L, correlation coefficient r = - 0.999 7. The detection limit of the method was 4.5 μg/L. Precision: the relative standard deviation (RSD) of urine iodine samples with high, medium, and low concentrations were all 〈 5%. Accuracy: the contents of urinary iodine in reference materials at high, medium, and low concentrations were within their respective given value ranges. No statistical significant was found in the urinary iodine content detected either by this method or the standard method (t = 0.643 8, P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Catalytic spectrophotometry using discrete chemical analyzer is succeessfully established, this method is simple, rapid, accurate and easy to operate.
